A delicious cookie, usually made in the 5 to 6 inch size.
As you get towards the end, you will not be able to use a power mixer. Be sure that you have a heavy duty spoon available for stirring!
Monster Cookies
A large cookie made without flour.
Servings: 6 1/2 dozen 5 to 6 inch cookies
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 18 cups quick oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 pound chocolate chips
- 4 cups white sugar
- 1 pound M&M candy
- 2 pounds brown sugar
- 1 pound butter not margarine
- 8 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon white syrup
- 3 pounds peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix in a large (dishpan size) container in the following order:
- eggs
- brown sugar
- white sugar
- vanilla
- white syrup
- baking soda
- butter
- peanut butter
- oatmeal
- M&M'x
- chocolate chips
- Drop cookies from an ice cream scoop or large tablespoon
- Flatten lightly
- Place 6 cookies to a cookie sheet
- Bake approximately 12 minutes at 350 degrees (Do not over bake.)
