This is one of my favorites from Red Gold.

Tomato Noodle Casserole – Red Gold

A simple to make single pan meal.
Ingredients
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can RED GOLD Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready with Onions
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground round
  • 1 (8 ounce) can Red Gold Tomato Sauce
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles with beef flavor
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
Instructions
  1. Cook ground round and onion in 12 inch skillet until meat is browned.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Stir in RED GOLD Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready with Onions, undrained corn and seasoning from 1 package of noodles.
  4. Stir in RED GOLD Tomato Sauce.
  5. Break up noodles from both packages and add to skillet.
  6. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 8 to 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
