Ingredients

Jiffy cornbread mix
30
ounces
corn
2 cans drained
15
ounces
creamed corn
1 can

eggs

cup
sour cream

cup
butter
melted
¼
tsp
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Spray 9 x 9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir well.
Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Notes
The center of the dish should be just set and the toothpick should be mostly clean. Do NOT overbake.
